MALL COOKIES
Ingredients
- 2 cups macadamia nuts
- 1/2 bag chocolate chips (6 oz)
- 2 egg whites
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup sugar
Directions
- Grind 1 cup macadama nuts in the blender, but try not to get pastey.
- Put it in a large mixing bowl. Grind remaining 1 cup of nuts, sugar, and choc. chips in blender - not too pastey, a little chunky is fine. Add to the mixing bowl.
- Add salt and egg whites, and mix all together.
- It should be moist, but not soggy wet.
- Drop onto parchment paper.
- Bake at 325 F for 20 minutes.
- Allow to cool on the paper a few minutes to firm up before removing.
