Tapioca Dessert
Ingredients
- 1 lb. tapioca
- 1 1/2 - 2C. sugar
- 16 oz. of coconut milk
- 1 Tbsp. Frontier vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Directions
- Cook tapioca according to directions.
- Chill.
- In a seperate saucepan,combine sugar and coconut milk.
- Heat until sugar dissolves, add vanilla and salt.
- Immediately before serving, combine tapioca with syrup mixture.
This makes 16 servings. I make this big batch because my family (4) ALWAYS has seconds and the kids gobble it up the next day.
