Ginger Chicken
Ingredients
- one big chicken breast
- one cup of white wine
- one extra large (or two medium) tomato(s), cut up
- one medium sized red pepper, cut up
- 1/2 large onion, cut up
- ginger, pepper and curry powder - may use red chili powder too if desired
Directions
- place chicken, wine, vegetables and spices in a glass cooking container or saucepan
- note - a little ginger goes a long way
- cook for 45 minutes without touching it

ginger, though, as it is quite spicy. Another spice that would taste good with this is chili powder."
