Breaded Pork Tenderloin
For those from the Midwest who know and enjoy breaded tenderloin sandwiches, using potato chips instead of crackers make the best tenderloins ever!
Ingredients
- boneless pork loins, cut into 1" to 2" slices
- egg
- potato chips
- oil
Directions
- tenderize pork using the edge of a plate
- dip into egg
- dip in crushed potato chips
- deep fry
I did some like this, and some with crackers, and all my family preferred the potato chips ones. Another thing we don't have to live without.
