Roasted Garbanzo Beans

A great snack idea!

Ingredients
  • one can garbanzo beans
  • oil to coat
  • seasoning to taste
Directions
  1. Rinse and drain a can of garbanzo beans.
  2. Shake in a zipper bag with oil of your choice - I used grapeseed oil.
  3. Lay out on a greased cookie sheet and sprinkle with Lowreys seasoned salt - yes it's GF or sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
  4. Bake at 400° for 25 minutes.
