There is a wealth of information on GFCFdiet.com that includes postings of available local diet support groups. There is also a message board dedicated to the GFCF diet that can be accessed from the front page of GFCFdiet.com. This message board has a lot of wonderful information and support.

ANDI (autism network for dietary intervention) also has a listing of families who have volunteered to help others in their area with the diet. The group is called PASS and can be accessed from their website at autismndi.com. ANDI also publishes a quarterly newsletter regarding the gluten and casein free diet that I highly recommend.

If your child is experiencing additional allergies (soy, corn, etc.) and also needs to be yeast free you may want to join AUTISM FBI through yahoogroups.com. The focus of this group is to give support to parents who already have their child on a gluten-free & casein-free diet, but may need more information regarding yeast-free, sugar-free, chemical-free, allergy-free and a hydrogenized oil-free diet.
